The previous owner knocked down the wall between two condos. The association didn’t like it, but she won in court, leaving the only double wide unit in the complex. I would have loved to see this home in its heyday, but I got to photograph the space, and managed to tell a little of the story with what was left. The unique floorplan and investment opportunity was going to sell this property.
